These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bit Hauling & Delivery Services LLC website, booking system, estimates, communications, and services. By using our website, submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or accepting service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Bit Hauling & Delivery Services LLC may provide local delivery, commercial delivery, small moving assistance, labor-only loading or unloading, pallet moving, courier services, junk removal, and related transportation or hauling services.

Service availability, geographic coverage, vehicle capacity, crew availability, item restrictions, and equipment requirements may vary.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including service type, photographs, locations, mileage, access conditions, stairs, elevators, item size, item weight, volume, crew size, requested date, arrival window, and requested add-ons.

The final price may change if the actual job differs from the information submitted, additional labor or time is required, undisclosed items are present, access conditions change, or additional services are requested.

3. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting an online booking form creates a booking request. A date or arrival window is not finally confirmed until Bit Hauling reviews and accepts the request.

We may request additional photographs, measurements, access details, item weights, or other information before confirming service.

​

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the deposit is applied toward the final service balance.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless a different written payment arrangement has been approved.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are nonrefundable when a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Additional charges may apply for failed access, extended waiting time, late cancellations, or services already performed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, address, access, scheduling, item, weight, and volume information.

• Disclose stairs, elevators, long carries, gated access, parking restrictions, fragile items, or unusually heavy items.

• Confirm that you have authority to move, deliver, remove, or dispose of all items involved.

• Provide safe and lawful access to pickup, delivery, loading, unloading, and disposal locations.

• Secure pets, children, cash, jewelry, medication, documents, and other valuable or sensitive property.

7. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Bit Hauling may refuse items that are illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, leaking, biohazardous, infested, unsafe, inadequately packaged, excessively heavy, structurally unstable, or beyond the capacity of available vehicles, equipment, or personnel.

Customers must disclose potentially hazardous or unusually heavy items before booking.

8. Property Condition and Damage

Customers should identify pre-existing damage and protect floors, walls, driveways, landscaping, and fragile property when reasonably necessary.

Bit Hauling is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for normal wear, concealed damage, inherent defects, inadequate packaging, deterioration, owner-packed contents, particleboard failure, or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Damage concerns should be reported promptly with photographs and supporting documentation.

9. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

When you separately and voluntarily opt in, Bit Hauling & Delivery Services LLC may send text messages relating to booking requests, confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates, photo requests, arrival updates, service communications, customer support, review requests, and, only when separately selected, promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

• Reply HELP for assistance.

• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text-messaging use is also governed by our Privacy Policy .

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS program. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Email and Telephone Communications

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, estimate, booking, payment, service, or customer-support request.

11. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit fraudulent bookings, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that harms Bit Hauling, its customers, service providers, or others.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely on third-party providers for payments, calendars, customer management, messaging, maps, analytics, hosting, and other business functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Service Delays

Weather, traffic, vehicle problems, unsafe conditions, emergencies, customer delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect arrival or completion times.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bit Hauling & Delivery Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, communications, booking system, or services.

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
